All three plans include weekly professional water testing and chemical dosing. Attached spas receive service according to your plan level. Premium and Premium+ add Northstar-managed cleaning tasks such as skimmer and pump basket service and vacuuming, and Premium+ adds full brushing, fine-detail vacuuming, monthly routine filter maintenance, and filter-enhancement media when appropriate.
Basic is best suited to qualifying pools generally around 10,000 gallons or less, with light debris and a functioning automatic cleaner or customer-managed cleaning. We'll confirm fit during your quote review.
Repairs, equipment replacement, remodeling, resurfacing, acid washing, and other licensed-contractor work fall outside routine weekly maintenance. Work like that is handled through a separate, properly licensed agreement.
Yes. If your pool's needs change, we can review your service and adjust your plan.
Ordinary weekly chemical dosing and routine onboarding balancing are included in your monthly rate. Extraordinary recovery, specialty treatment, or unusual chemical demand may be quoted separately.
We'll note it in your digital service report and let you know right away. Any repair or replacement work is handled separately, through a properly licensed provider.
